Designing KSBL Group Official Website
KSBL Group is a long-standing construction and real estate company with a strong offline reputation, but it had no official digital presence or central platform to showcase its services and credibility. As the Product Manager and project lead, I launched KSBL Group’s first-ever website from scratch, treating it as a 0→1 product build rather than a simple design task. I led stakeholder discovery to gather requirements, defined the MVP scope, planned the sitemap and user journey, and structured the website to quickly answer key user questions like “Who are they?”, “What do they do?”, and “How do I contact them?” I coordinated content collection, ensured brand consistency, and delivered a clean, mobile-friendly experience designed to build trust and support future growth. The final launch created a scalable foundation for KSBL’s online presence, enabling easier outreach, stronger credibility, and room for future iterations such as SEO improvements, project case study expansion, and lead generation features.
